Mission Gleichberechtigung: Aktive Frauen- und Gleichstellungsarbeit in der IG Metall Bayern
Als Metallerinnen, Vertrauensfrauen und Betriebsrätinnen setzen wir uns 365 Tage im Jahr im Betrieb, im Tarifvertrag und in der Gesellschaft für Gleichstellung ein. Wir kämpfen gemeinsam gegen den Gender Pay Gap und fordern Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf.
Equal Pay Day, Internationaler Frauentag, Equal Care Day, Tag gegen Gewalt an Frauen, Tag der betrieblichen Entgeltgleichheit: Zusammen nutzen wir diese Anlässe, um mit betrieblichen und öffentlichen Aktionen für unsere Belange einzustehen.

Mit speziellen Bildungs- und Vernetzungsangeboten wie unserer Frauenbildungswoche „Frauen(t)räume“, gemeinsamen Seminaren für unsere Ortsfrauenausschüsse und Seminaren in unseren Geschäftsstellen empowern wir uns und erweitern unsere Kompetenzen, um erfolgreich Veränderungen im Betrieb zu erreichen.
